About Me
I'm a co-founder of Insight Counseling Center of Troy and am passionate about helping clients navigate life's more difficult seasons with support, clarity, and compassion. I have a particular appreciation for working with older adults and individuals navigating the emotional aspects of aging, loss, and life transitions. After working in a busy local emergency room for over 11 years, I am also passionate about supporting medical professionals and first responders. I incorporate trauma-informed, evidence-based approaches, including Accelerated Resolution Therapy (ART), to help clients process distressing experiences and move forward more effectively. My work is grounded in building a strong therapeutic relationship and helping clients recognize their strengths while developing tools to create meaningful, lasting change.
